Two Children Free from Traffickers
Raids in the Dominican Republic rescued two children from sexual exploitation.
Local law enforcement asked our agents to assist them when they got word of children suffering sexual abuse. We helped with surveillance and assisted police during the raid, which rescued the 16- and 13-year-old girls.
Three traffickers were arrested during the operations. Thanks to our team’s collaboration with local authorities, those criminals can no longer harm children.

Most of those rescued had been forced to sell their bodies just to survive. Others were rescued from sex crimes or being sexually exploited by a human trafficker for money. The youngest was only 9 years old, and three of the survivors were boys. All of the survivors have been enrolled in our Community Care Program, where they’ll learn to maneuver through the trauma they endured and be equipped to live free.
