5 boys rescued in Uganda
We are excited to announce that all five survivors, ages 15 to 18, joined our community care program.
Each had endured traumas and tragedies in his past. One had been orphaned, and two were abandoned by their families. All were in need of an income fell prey to the financial promises of the sex industry.
The boys will receive regular check-ins from their caseworker, counselling, and access to education and training. Two have enrolled in school and the other three have begun vocational training as mechanics or drivers.
