Team Trip Application Form

To apply to come on a team visit, please complete the form below.

The following documents will be required to be uploaded upon conclusion of this form. Please have them ready to do so.


The total cost of the visit will be confirmed upon application. A DEPOSIT OF $1700 will be invoiced to you 3 months prior to your trip and the final payment to be made 4 weeks before departure (You will be contacted by our office with options on how to make this payment).

Cancellation costs would be advised if required on a case by case basis. You should arrange good travel insurance with a comprehensive cancellation clause, we can help you with this but it may come at an additional charge. Prices are subject to age, and if travellers have pre-existing medical conditions.
